BellaRose is a new locally owned facility that provides 100 skilled nursing beds to fit the needs of both short-term rehab patients and long-term care needs. BellaRose offers extended nursing care in a home like setting. Nursing care is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week by our caring and compassionate staff including RN's, LPN's and CNA's.

Our Residents are under the care and supervision of a Medical Director who visits the facility on a regular basis. BellaRose currently contracts with Physicians Elders Care to provide a nurse practitioner who is quickly available to meet patient needs. Our nursing servies are supported by a full time social worker who evaluates the social, emotional, and spirtual needs of our residents.

The dietary needs are under the supervision of a registered dietician who plans meals in accordance to each resident's specific dietary needs. An Activity program further enhances the quality of life for our residents by planning activities for residents with different interests and abilities including music, crafts, and games. Onsite therapy services are also provided by physical, occupational, and speech therapists. BellaRose's therapy department also provides therapy screening to prevent declines in functioning.
