Rehab Services

Our new short-term therapy unit is made up of 38 private resident rooms, all with full in-room private baths with shower benches. The rooms provide flat screen, wall mounted HDTV's with free cable, telephones, desk with chair, and spacious storage options. The design of the unit has a plush hotel feel while providing all of the functionality needed for full range rehabilitative therapy. Residents will enjoy a large parlor sitting area with fire place, private dining in a neighborhood model dining area, beautiful courtyards with luscious landscaping, and a 1500 square foot rehab gym. Our short-term rehab is designed to help patients regain their independence through a comprehensive physcial, occupational, and speech therapy program.

This program is intended for individuals discharged from the hospital who are not ready to return home. Our team of rehabilitation specialists includes a doctor, nurse, social worker, physical, occupational, and speech therapists that will design a treatment program tailored to resident's specific needs.

  • Physical Therapy - We offer comprehensive evaluations and treatments that include range of motion, strength and endurance issues, and balance and gait training. "State of the Art" treatment modalities supplement our treatment programs.

  • Occupational Therapy - With the help of occupational therapists, patients work toward independence with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, cooking, and shopping.

  • Speech Therapy - Our Speech therapists evalute and treat patients with swallowing diffficulty, cognition problems, and comminication deficits. We offer specialied treatments for individuals wth specific swallowing problems.
